• This is a NEW system without historical data, so it is necessary to enter all of your information. Next season will be streamlined with pre-filled renewal forms.

• As a NEW system, your Member Number will be NEW. If you wish to keep your current IHRA Member Number, this can be requested afterward by contacting us.

• The fields required on the digital form are the same fields that you would be completing on the paper form.

• There has been a policy change with the IHRA where all memberships and licenses will be issued 1 year at a time, there are no longer multi-year options.

• If you submitted the form AND completed checkout/payment, you will receive an e-mailed order confirmation.  Your license application has been received and it is not necessary to contact us to confirm receipt. Please allow up to 2 weeks for license processing (AFTER we receive your notarized Parent/Legal Guardian Agreement).  After final approval you will receive an additional e-mail confirmation. We are reviewing and processing licenses as quickly as possible.
