FAQ:

I share an email with my spouse / my child is too young to have an email address.

Everyone MUST have their own user account.

No sharing accounts. Why? 

  • Memberships/renewals are tied to each individual's user account
  • Event/race registrations are tied to each individual's user account
  • Emergency Contact info is tied to each user account
  • Scoring/points will be tied to each user account
  • Waivers tied to each user account

In order to create a user account, you will need a unique email address.

If you do not have an email address of your own, you will need to get one.

There are quite a few FREE email account providers. It is quick and easy to set up a new email account. Do a quick internet search for "free email account" and you will see many options; do your own research and choose one for yourself. Or, here is a quick list of some that are out there:

I forgot my password.

Follow these instructions to reset your password:

  1. Click here to Log In
  2. Click on Reset your password
  3. Enter your username or email address, Submit
  4. You will receive an email with a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to update your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

What is my username? How do I change it?

Find / change your username:

On desktop: 

Your username is displayed beneath My Account. If you want to change it, click on Edit. You can change your username on this page; make sure to click Save at the bottom!

Click on the user icon, then use the right arrow to get to Edit Profile. You can change your username on this page; make sure to click Save at the bottom!

Why didn't I get my old Member Number?

This is a NEW system without historical data, so it is necessary to enter all of your information. Next season will be streamlined with pre-filled renewal forms.

As a NEW system, your Member Number will be NEW. If you wish to keep your current IHRA Member Number, this can be requested afterward by contacting us.

Why can I only select 1 year?

There has been a policy change with the IHRA where all memberships and licenses will be issued 1 year at a time, there are no longer multi-year options.

Did you receive my information?

If you submitted the form AND completed checkout/payment, you will receive an e-mailed order confirmation.  Your license application has been received and it is not necessary to contact us to confirm receipt. Please allow up to 2 weeks for license processing.  After final approval you will receive an additional e-mail confirmation. We are reviewing and processing licenses as quickly as possible.

It says my number is taken.

If you submit the form and select a car number but do not complete the checkout, there are some cases where your number is “taken” when you try to submit the form again.

If this occurs, please input a different number and complete checkout. Then email us to let us know you need your number updated and tell us the number you want.  This issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
